Often headlined as “Renaissance Man,” Kenneth Del
Vecchio is an acclaimed filmmaker who has written,
produced and directed 15 feature films that star 50+
film and TV stars, including multiple Academy Award and
Emmy winners and nominees. He has recent
distribution deals with majors such as Palisades Tartan
Films, Universal’s Vivendi Entertainment, Anchor Bay and
E-1 Entertainment, with several other large distribution
deals underway. Mr. Del Vecchio is founder and
chairman of one of the world’s largest film festivals,
Hoboken International Film Festival. He also is
the author of some of the nation’s bestselling legal
books, including criminal codebooks published by
Prentice Hall and New Jersey Law Journal Books/ALM, as
well as a bestselling criminal suspense novelist.
In addition, he is the owner of The Criminal Law
Learning Center, where he has taught thousands of police
officers and lawyers…And he is a former Judge, who also
has tried over 400 cases as a practicing criminal
attorney.

Mattioli
Jana
Mattioli has been working in the entertainment business
for the last decade, in both film and theatre. She has
directed several Off Broadway plays, including "The
Garden Party,” "Every Other Inch a Liar,” "The Glorious
Fourth,” "House Arrest,” and "Comrades." On the film
side, Jana has served as the production designer for a
number of all-star cast films produced by Kenneth Del
Vecchio: "Kinky Killers", "iMurders", "Fake", and "Three Chris's". Some of her other favorite credits in film
production design and art direction include LGBT
standouts "Between Love and Goodbye" and "The Big Gay
Musical." Jana has also designed sets for numerous plays,
with a notable credit in Samuel French's play "Angry
Young Women in Low Rise Jeans with High Class Issues."
"An Affirmative Act" is a personal passion project for
Jana, not only because she was handpicked by Kenneth Del
Vecchio to make her motion picture directorial debut,
but because of the importance of this film in the
struggle for equality and the legalization of gay
marriage. Blessed to have a supportive family, Jana
credits her parents (Robert and Julianne Mattioli) for
encouraging her to always follow her heart and never
cease in her career and personal ascents. With this
movie, Jana indeed is following her heart--in an effort
to better so many's lives. Jana Mattioli has a BFA in
Communications, with a focus in Film and Video, from
Adelphi University. |

JacksonGreg
Jackson has appeared as an actor in a number of feature
films including "The Stepford Wives", "Reversal of
Fortune", and "Goodfellas." His television credits
include roles on "All My Children", "One Live to Live",
and "As The World Turns" as well as a number of stage
roles including the Off-Broadway play "Conflict of
Interest" with Al Freeman, Jr. Mr. Jackson has also been
working as a pharmacist for the past five years. |

Rob
Moretti
Rob Moretti began acting
at the age of 14. Within two years of studying his
craft, he landed a co-staring role in his first feature
film entitled "House on Tombstone Hill." Not long after
did he land other roles in both mainstream and indie
films such as "Quiet Winter", "Scenes From A Mall" and
"The Beat."
In 1994 he created his own production company, HP
Productions, LLC, in an effort to make his first film.
During the process, Rob produced a number of short
films, the most memorable and rewarding being "Evil &
Upside Down" by Goran Dukic and starring Will Arnett. He
has also produced and was assistant director on a number
of other projects. Behind the scenes he has edited a
number of features and shorts.
In 2004 he made his directorial debut with the feature
film "Crutch", which landed in the Top 50 Rentals in the
US during its initial release. |

Caitlin Kehoe
Caitlin
Kehoe graduated Cum Laude from Emerson College with a
degree in Marketing Communications, with concentrations
on PR and Entertainment Marketing. After interning in
the Publicity department of Fox Searchlight Pictures in
Los Angeles, she decided to pursue a career in the film
industry. Caitlin has held positions as the Assistant
Director and Wardrobe Supervisor on several short films,
commercials, a music video and on the feature film
“Fake,” – where she met Ken Del Vecchio and Jana
Mattioli. “An Affirmative Act” is Caitlin’s first
project as a Co-Producer. |
